Request Reset E-mail
Navigate to the Reset Password page.
E-mail field
- Enter the e-mail address associated with your Imperium: Reclaimed account and press the Submit button.
- If you did not provide a valid e-mail address or no longer have access to your e-mail account, a password reset cannot be performed.
Reset E-mail Confirmation
After entering the e-mail address associated with your Imperium: Reclaimed account an e-mail will be sent with a link that will allow you to enter a new password.
Enter New Password
Clicking on the link contained in the reset e-mail (or copying it into a new browser window) will bring you to the enter new password page.
New password field
- Enter a password. Passwords are case sensitive.
- For security purposes, longer passwords are better, and your password needs to be different from your login. Never reveal your password to anyone, including Sacrosanct Interactive staff.
Confirm password field
- Enter your password choice again. It must match exactly with the password entered in the previous field.
Invalid E-mail Link
If the link has expired or if you have already used the reset link, you will see an invalid link message.
If you see the invalid link message, submit another reset password request.
